Welcome to Doplus. This document explains how we handle your data (Privacy Policy) and the rules governing your use of the app (Terms of Service). By downloading or using Doplus, you agree to these terms.

1. Privacy Policy: Your Data Stays Yours

We believe your health and fitness data is fundamentally private. Doplus is designed from the ground up to protect your privacy through local processing.

Local Data Storage

Doplus processes and stores your workout logs, streaks, and physical preferences (like pain levels, stress levels, and flexibility) locally on your device. We do not collect, harvest, sell, or transmit your personal health data to our servers or any third-party advertisers. If you delete the Doplus app from your device, your local data is permanently deleted with it.

Analytics & Diagnostics

To improve the app and fix bugs, we rely on Apple's standard, anonymized, opt-in crash reporting and analytics (if you have permitted this in your iOS device settings). This data contains no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and cannot be linked back to your identity or specific health inputs.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Liability Limitation

Doplus provides stretching and mobility routines for informational and educational purposes only. The content within this app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, physical therapy, or treatment.

• Always consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or mobility program.
• Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen in this app.
• If you experience pain, dizziness, or severe discomfort while using the app, stop immediately and consult a doctor.

Assumption of Risk: By using Doplus, you agree that you are doing so entirely at your own risk. The developers and owners of Doplus shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, damages, or health complications resulting from your use of the application.

3. Subscriptions & Apple Billing

Doplus offers premium features ("Doplus Pro") via auto-renewing subscriptions and/or introductory promotional offers.

• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed and managed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID account. Doplus does not collect or store your credit card information.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by navigating to your Apple ID Account Settings on your iOS device after purchase. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

4. Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

This app is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. This agreement is concluded between you and the Developer of Doplus, and not with Apple Inc.

• Apple's Responsibilities: Apple is not responsible for the Doplus application or the content thereof. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.
• Warranties & Claims: In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you.
